*WARNING!* UNTRACKED SHIPPING

By selecting untracked shipping, you, the buyer, are assuming any and all responsibilities for accidental loss to your order by the US Postal Service. ASD will NO LONGER replace packages that are "lost in the mail." If you order does appear to be lost, you can contact your local postal office and try to locate the mail, but with no tracking number this is VERY DIFFICULT and they likely will not be able to help you which will result in you losing out on your bookmarks and your hard-earned cash. If you care about your purchase, and want to ensure it's arrival use TRACKED shipping, and if you want Insurance on your purchase, please use PRIORITY MAIL. I cannot upgrade your shipping service after you have checked out, so please be sure you want to accept all risks of using untracked shipping.

 

Ship Times

Wait times for orders to ship is 3-7 business days. This does not include holidays or weekends.

The arrival of your items also depends on the shipping speed at check out. For example, if you choose the first class shipping method and it states 3-5 business days, the package will take 3-5 business days to arrive AFTER your item has shipped. You will receive an e-mail once your item has shipped regardless of what shipping method you choose. Please handle late package claims with USPS if your item has already shipped.

International Buyers

A Stranger Dream can ship anywhere in the world that the US can legally mail to. If you cannot receive mail from the US in your country, I cannot ship to you. Otherwise, ASD ships globally and I will gladly ship my products to you!

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns/Exchanges

ASD will not replace any damaged items after the customer has been in possession of the items.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us at astrangerdreambookmarks@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your package and we will replace the item.

You may return an item for a full refund or for an exchange as long as the item is in its original condition. Any loss in value will be the customers responsibility. ASD does not pay Return shipment fees. Any and all returns must be shipped and paid for by the customer.

Cancellations

An order CANNOT be cancelled if the package has already shipped. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your package has already shipped, you may return it for a refund following the Returns/Exchanges policy above. Refunds will not be given if items are damaged by the recipient. ASD reserves the right to refuse a cancellation if the shop policies and protocol were not followed.
